At Pholoh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered with.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
